Dewx Agency — AI workforce installed, trained, and running in 14 days

Dewx Agency installs a 5-employee AI workforce — plus a custom-coded marketing website — inside your business in 14 days. Wired into your CRM, inbox, calendar, and books. We run it for six months while it learns your voice. By month 6, your company runs without you holding it up. $15K setup + $4K/mo, six-month minimum ($39K year one). Roughly the work of a 10-person team that would cost ~$744K/yr fully loaded.

Dewx Agency

Your business should run when you're not in the room.

We install a 5-employee AI workforce — plus a custom-coded website — inside your business in 14 days. Then we run it for six months while it learns your voice. By month 6, your company runs without you.

Three slots open this quarter. $15K + $4K/mo × 6 = $39K year one. The work of a 10-person team that would otherwise cost ~$744K/year.

Why $1–10M founders are still doing $40K work

You are the bottleneck on three things that don't need you.

1.

Outbound that needs research, not templates.

You know what good outbound looks like — researched per-person, references their actual work, sent at the right cadence. You also know your SDR can't do that at volume, and Apollo sequences sound like Apollo sequences. So you do it yourself, on the days you have time, which means most weeks you don't.

2.

CRM hygiene that should be automatic.

Half your deals have wrong stages. Calls aren't logged. Old leads are buried. You know there's pipeline in there — probably $100–300K — but cleaning it up is a full-time job nobody wants.

3.

The morning-tab problem.

Eight tools, three inboxes, two messaging apps. You spend the first 90 minutes of every day deciding what needs you. The actual deciding takes 10 minutes. The triage takes 80.

None of this requires you. All of it requires someone who sounds like you and won't drop the ball. That's what we install.

Your Tuesday, before and after

From 8 tabs and a sinking feeling to one chat and a clear morning.

Most $1–10M founders start the day opening the same eight tools, triaging the same mess, and losing the first two hours before real work starts. Here's what changes.

Morning. What do I need to do today?

Good morning. Three things need you today: 1. **Deal at risk** — Acme Corp hasn't replied in 9 days. Hunter drafted a re-engagement. Approve? 2. **Invoice overdue** — Bright Media, $4,200, 14 days late. Cipher has a reminder ready. 3. **CSAT dip** — Support threads yesterday averaged 3.8/5. Sage flagged a pattern in shipping complaints.

What it costs

Less than one fractional hire. More than a SaaS subscription.

A fractional ops lead runs $8–15K/mo and walks when they walk. A Dewx Agency install is a fixed six-month engagement — at the end, everything stays.

Setup (one-time)

$15,000

Day 1–14: connectors, data migration, voice training, per-install knowledge graph, first AI employee live and drafting under approval. Plus a custom-coded Next.js marketing website with full SEO (5–7 pages) shipped by end of Week 4 — yours forever.

Monthly retainer

$4,000 / mo

Six-month minimum. We run, improve, and monitor your AI workforce — weekly fidelity reports included.

Year-one commitment

$39,000

$15K setup + $24K retainer. At month 6 you own everything — including the website codebase. Continue at $99/mo self-serve or stay on optional consultancy ($1K/mo, 4 hrs).

Greenfield engagements (fully custom AI employees / bespoke integrations) start at $30,000 per scope. Email roki@dewx.com for a Greenfield scoping call.

The headcount math

$744K of work. $39K to install.

Here is the team you would hire to do what Dewx Agency installs in 14 days. Not a marketing fantasy — actual US small-business salaries, fully loaded with benefits, taxes, and equipment.

Two things are also true: AI employees do not need sleep, holidays, or onboarding. And they do not leave for a competitor in month nine. The salary math above is the floor of the comparison, not the ceiling.

How we build it

The engine under the hood.

Most AI agencies wire a chatbot into Zapier and call it done. That's why those builds break the moment a workflow gets more than three steps deep. Here's what we actually build.

Your business brain — built from what you already know

An AI that doesn't know your business is a chatbot with better grammar. In week 1 we feed yours: your customer list, your inbox, the deals you actually closed, your support replies, and seven samples of your real writing. By Friday it knows your products, your pricing, the names of your top accounts, and how you talk.

Every AI employee checks the brain before it drafts anything. That is why outputs sound like you and your team — not like ChatGPT with your logo on it.

The self-learning loop — every approval is a training signal

When you accept a draft as-is, that's positive reinforcement. When you edit a phrase, the diff becomes a fine-grained correction. When you reject with a one-line reason, that goes into the prompt context for the next draft.

We don't fine-tune a custom model — we don't need to. The brain accumulates your patterns; each draft retrieves the most similar past-approved examples and conditions on them. Your data never leaves your install to train a shared model.

Does it actually sound like you?

Every week we run a blind test: we hide a handful of your real emails, then ask the AI to write similar ones. We score how close they are on a scale from 0 to 1, where 1 means “your spouse could not tell who wrote which.”

  • Below 0.75 — not good enough; we retrain your voice
  • At 0.82 — passes our quality gate; install goes live
  • Above 0.85 — your own team usually cannot tell which one is AI

You see this score every week. If it ever slips, we fix it before you have to ask.

Your business priorities, KPIs, team structure

All five employees are included in every install. Stats are sample week averages from live installations — your numbers depend on volume and ICP fit.

Your first 3 hours with us

One call. Three hours. You leave knowing exactly what we install and when.

This is not a sales call. By the end of the call we have either locked an install slot together or decided you are not a fit yet. Either way you leave with a real plan, not a deck.

Hour 1

Your business in your own words

We walk through how you actually run things today. Which tabs do you live in, which deals are stuck, which inbox is on fire, what you wish would just go away. No slides, no questionnaire — you talk, we listen and take notes.

Hour 2

Your voice and your taste

We read through your last 30 days of outbound emails, support replies, and LinkedIn posts together. You tell us which ones sound like you and which ones do not. That is what we'll voice-train the AI employees on.

Hour 3

Your install plan, locked

You leave the call with a written plan: which AI employees we install first, what gets connected on day 1, when your custom website ships, and the exact dates you stop doing each piece of work yourself.

On the call: you, me (Roki), and one of our voice engineers. That is the whole team. You will not be passed to a junior. The person who designs your install is the person who runs it.

Roki on the 3-hour kickoff interview with a Dewx Agency client over Microsoft Teams

The actual call. Real Teams. Real founder. Real Roki. Notes on the right side become your install plan by the end of hour 3.

What happens right after you say yes

Hour 1 to Month 6. No surprises.

The number one reason people do not commit $39K is they cannot picture what day one, day fourteen, or month six actually look like. Here is the whole journey in plain language. No engineer-speak. No mystery.

Day 0

3 hours

The kickoff interview

One call. You walk us through how you actually run the business today, what is on fire, and what you want off your plate. We listen and take notes. You leave with a written install plan.

Your side of the deal

  • Show up for 3 hours, no prep required
  • Decide which AI employee we install first

Our side of the deal

  • Lead the call
  • Write your install plan by the end of hour 3

What you feel: Someone finally asked me the right questions.

Day 1–7

Week 1

Connect

We plug Dewx into your tools — Gmail, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, your calendar, your CRM. Nothing gets moved or overwritten; we just read what is already there. By Friday everything you do across 8 tabs lives behind one chat.

Your side of the deal

  • OAuth into your accounts (5 minutes per tool)
  • Forward us 30 days of your real emails

Our side of the deal

  • Connect every channel
  • Migrate your contacts and deals into one CRM
  • Set guardrails — what AI can do without asking, what needs your tap

What you feel: I can see my whole business in one place for the first time.

Day 8–14

Week 2

Voice-train

We feed your real writing into your AI employees so they sound like you, not like ChatGPT. Then we run live drafts in front of you and adjust until they pass the squint test. By Day 14, your first AI employee is live and drafting in your tone.

Your side of the deal

  • Sit with us for 40 minutes of voice review
  • Approve / edit / reject the first 10 drafts

Our side of the deal

  • Build your voice graph from real samples
  • Write playbooks for each AI employee
  • Calibrate tone until you stop editing

What you feel: It actually sounds like me. Even my wife could not tell.

Week 3–4

Weeks 3–4

Your custom website ships

In parallel with the install, we build you a custom-coded marketing website — Next.js, full SEO setup, 5-7 pages, copy in your voice. Not a template, not a Wix drag-and-drop, not a generic landing page. A real site that ranks and converts. Ships by end of Week 4.

Your side of the deal

  • Pick brand colors and logo (or use ours)
  • Approve final copy and pages

Our side of the deal

  • Custom Next.js codebase — yours forever
  • 5–7 pages: home, services, about, case studies, contact, pricing, blog seed
  • Full SEO: schema, sitemap, robots, meta, Open Graph
  • Connected to your analytics + your CRM
  • Hosted on our infrastructure for 6 months at no extra cost

What you feel: I have a real website. Not a landing page — a real website.

Week 3–8

Weeks 3–8

Launch the full team

Hunter starts sending outbound. Sage handles support inboxes. Nova ships LinkedIn posts. Cipher drafts invoices on every closed deal. You approve every send for the first two weeks — by Week 8 you only see the edge cases.

Your side of the deal

  • Approve outbound batches
  • Tell us which drafts to send more of

Our side of the deal

  • Send the first outbound batch (approval-gated)
  • Hand off support replies
  • Publish content to your social channels
  • Drafting invoices the moment deals close

What you feel: My calendar started filling itself.

Month 3–6

Months 3–6

Optimise + step back

Now we tune. Weekly retros with you: what is working, what is missing, where the AI is making bad calls. The brain learns from every draft you approve or edit. By month 6 you spend less than 30 minutes a day on operational decisions.

Your side of the deal

  • One 30-minute weekly retro with us
  • Strategic decisions only — everything else is in the system

Our side of the deal

  • Tune playbooks against real outcomes
  • Refine voice from every approval
  • Surface anomalies before they cost you
  • Add new AI employees as you grow

What you feel: I built this business to do work only I can do. I am finally doing that.

Month 6

Day 180

You own everything

At month 6 we hand you the keys. Every playbook, every AI employee, every config, every voice file — yours, exported in a clean handover doc. From here you can: continue at $99/mo on the SaaS plan, keep us on optional consultancy at $1K/mo for 4 hours per month, or walk. No lock-in.

Your side of the deal

  • Decide what comes next (SaaS, consultancy, or walk)

Our side of the deal

  • Full export of playbooks, voice config, knowledge graph, audit logs
  • Handover doc + 2 hours of Q&A
  • Your custom website continues on our infra or moves to yours

What you feel: My business runs without me. I can pick what I work on.

Methodology rigor

Three commitments that turn a $39K bet into a defensible decision.

Approval-gated by default

Nothing sends without your sign-off. Every draft is yours to approve, edit, or reject. You can bulk-approve patterns you trust — invoice reminders under $5K, for instance — but the default is human-in-loop.

Full audit ledger

Every action — draft, send, retrieve, update, override — logs to your install's append-only audit table. You can replay any decision, see exactly what context the AI saw, and revoke approval retroactively.

Your data, your tenant

You get your own private install — your own database, your own brain, your own AI employees. Nothing is shared with other customers. We never sell, syndicate, or train on your data. At month 6 you can export everything and run it yourself at $99/mo with zero loss.

Your side of the deal

Ten hours up front. Then it's mostly on us.

The AI employees sound like you and know your business because you taught them — once. After that, we run the show.

10 hours across the first two weeks

Two voice-training sessions and a tools walkthrough. After that, one 30-minute check-in per week. The rest is on us.

Read access to your current tools

We migrate your contacts, deals, invoices, and conversations into Dewx. We never write back to your old tools — they become read-only archives.

Seven writing samples

Three outbound emails, two support replies, two LinkedIn posts. That's enough to seed the voice graph. The brain improves from every approval after that.

One person who can say yes or no

Everything your AI employees draft needs a human to approve before it sends. Pick one person. They approve; your reputation stays yours.

You have other options

Here's why founders like you pick us.

The field is bifurcated: GTM agencies hide their methodology to preserve agency mystique. We show the engine because our buyers demand it.

What you're committing to

No trapdoors.

$39K is real money. Here's exactly what happens if it doesn't work, when you can leave, and what you keep.

If it feels wrong after two weeks, we refund the retainer prepayment

The first two weeks are our chance to prove the fit. If it's not right, you keep the install work product and we refund the retainer. No contract battle, no awkward conversation.

At month 6 you own everything — and owe nothing

Playbooks, voice configurations, AI employees, audit logs, knowledge graph — all exportable. Continue at $99/mo self-serve, stay on optional consultancy at $1K/mo for 4 hrs/month, or walk. There's no lock-in after six months.

Your reputation never goes out the door without your signature

No email, no message, no invoice goes anywhere without your explicit approval. Every action is a draft first. The audit trail proves it — useful for founders, useful for regulators.

Is this you?

You built something real. Now let's make it run without you holding it up.

Dewx Agency is for founder-led companies between $1M and $10M where the founder is still doing too much. You've proven the business works. Now it's time to build the team — AI or human — that makes it run when you step back. If you're a solopreneur happy tinkering, self-serve at $99/mo is the right call. If you have a real ops team already, Greenfield is better. This is for the founder who's ready to stop being the engine.

Free worksheet

Not ready to book the call yet? Take the math home.

The same headcount-vs-Agency worksheet we walk through on the kickoff call. Add up the team you'd need to do this in-house, see the $39K comparison. One email, no spam.

Before you book

The questions every serious buyer asks.

What does my business actually look like at month 6?

Your AI employees handle the daily volume — outbound, support, marketing, invoicing, morning brief. You review and approve what matters, ignore the rest. You own the full setup and can run it yourself at $99/mo or stay on retainer. Most clients say month 3 is when it clicks: Monday morning stops being the worst part of the week.

What if I'm already drowning — will this add to my plate?

The first two weeks need about 10 hours from you: two voice sessions, a data walkthrough, and a tools audit. After that, we run the install. Your weekly check-in is 30 minutes. The whole point is to reduce your plate, not add to it.

Can I cancel during the six months?

The six months are binding. You can pause, not cancel mid-contract. We're direct about this because real voice training and playbook work takes time — shorter engagements produce weak AI employees that reflect badly on your brand. We'd rather turn you away than under-deliver.

Who is this actually right for?

Founder-led companies, $1–10M revenue, where the founder is still doing too much. If you're a solopreneur happy tinkering, self-serve at $99/mo is better value. If you have a 200-person org with a real ops team, Greenfield is the right call. The Agency tier exists for the middle — too big to do it yourself, too small to hire a full ops team.

Why only three clients per quarter?

Because we do the install ourselves — we don't hand you a template and walk away. Each engagement needs real voice capture, real playbook work, and a real human on our side. Three is what we can do properly. When we're full, we're full.

What AI model do my employees run on?

Model-agnostic by design. Default routing puts Kimi K2 (Moonshot) and Groq on the bulk of operational traffic; Claude, GPT, Gemini, or a local model plug in when you prefer them or compliance requires it. You bring your own API keys, or run on ours. The smart router falls back across providers so your install holds 99.5%+ AI uptime even if one model is down.

What happens to my data?

It lives in your own private install — your own database, your own brain. Nothing is shared with other customers. We never train on it or sell it. At month 6 you receive a full export of everything: playbooks, voice settings, knowledge graph, and audit logs. You can keep running it yourself at $99/mo with zero loss.

Can I see the actual prompts and reasoning?

Yes — every AI action is inspectable from your dashboard. Click any draft and see the full reasoning trace, the documents retrieved from the brain, the connectors called, and the response. Nothing is a black box.

Do you support EU data residency?

Yes — we can pin your install to a Scaleway Paris region. Default is EU-West. We do not use Cloudflare or third-party CDNs for your data.

How do you measure quality?

Voice fidelity score (target ≥0.82, measured weekly against your held-out writing samples), approval rate per AI employee (target ≥80% by month 3), and the outcome KPIs we set with you in week 1. Below 0.75 fidelity: we retrain. We report all of this to you weekly.

$15K + $4K/mo × 6 = $39K.
Book the 3-hour interview.

Three slots open this quarter. We ask about your business, you ask about the install, and we decide together if we're right for each other. First AI employee live within 14 days of go.

After month 6: optional consultancy at $1,000/mo for 4 hours/month. Or walk — no lock-in.
