Hi Sam,
We have 12 managers joining the team. Could you put together a negotiation workshop for them?
Could you send the outline and suggest what happens next?
Thanks,
Maya

Why own your AI?
On-premises puts the model on company hardware. You choose which model to deploy, within its licence, and when to change it.
Cloud can be the easier, cheaper option. Ownership earns its place when control justifies the upkeep.
The provider runs the model.
Model processing can stay on your machine.
The video describes a different GPU setup. It is not evidence of HeadlessBrain performance on Macs. Our model and installation tests remain open.
Ollama documents local processing and cloud controls. Local inference alone does not make connected apps or remote support offline.
Cloud does not automatically mean training on your data. OpenAI excludes business data from training by default.
Feedback becomes a reviewed change. The checks decide whether it moves forward.
The model answered as the applicant and invented skills. The engineering coordinator rejected that answer and kept it out of the sending rehearsal.
Here is the exercise from Lesson 1: Please write three sentences introducing your own skills, then reply when ready.
The first answer cited an allowed source and still invented skills. That is why the meaning needs review.
Engineering review, with simulated delivery. No real applicant was contacted. This is not model training, human-owner acceptance or an automatic improvement loop.

One coordinator. One coordinator manages bounded queues of work. Every task needs an owner, a next step and a condition that closes it.

The complete installation and first reliable workflow are still being tested. External tools and remote support have their own data paths; local hardware alone does not prove offline or private operation.
Usually it is an addition. Standard cloud tools may cost less. A custom system makes sense when repeated expert work is expensive, the knowledge has clear access rules, and someone can own the workflow and infrastructure.
Yes. Custom software is a separate service. We can build your web or mobile product with the hosting and integrations it needs. AI is optional.
