Sources and limits
The video describes a different GPU setup. It is not evidence of HeadlessBrain performance on Macs. Our model and installation tests remain open.
Ollama documents local processing and cloud controls. Local inference alone does not make connected apps or remote support offline.
Cloud does not automatically mean training on your data. OpenAI excludes business data from training by default.

The model answered as the applicant and invented skills. The engineering coordinator rejected that answer and kept it out of the sending rehearsal.

What runs on our Mac?+
HeadlessBrain targets company-owned Apple Silicon Macs, with local models, business memory and controlled tasks. The complete installation and first reliable workflow are still being tested. External tools and remote support have their own data paths; local hardware alone does not prove offline or private operation.
Does this replace Copilot?+
Usually it is an addition. Standard cloud tools may cost less. A custom system makes sense when repeated expert work is expensive, the knowledge has clear access rules, and someone can own the workflow and infrastructure.
Can you build software without HeadlessBrain?+
Yes. Custom software is a separate service. We can build your web or mobile product with the hosting and integrations it needs. AI is optional.
What do we own?+
Your hardware and company information stay yours. The written scope names the custom code, configuration, documentation and handover you receive, plus third-party licences and support terms. The reference blueprint is free.
